New Client Information
You must grow your hair out for a minimum of 14 days from your last shave, in order to be sugared. If you come in with less than 14 days of hair growth you will still be charged for the service.
You need to wait a minimum of 3 weeks from your last wax, sugar, or tweeze to be serviced. 4-6 weeks is recommended on a regular basis.
Please fill out your new client waiver form, and covid screening form prior to arriving to your appointment, your appointment time does not include filling out forms.
Please allow yourself enough time, and take into consideration, traffic, locating my studio, and parking. Being late beyond servicing will conclude in same day cancellation fees.
All appointments need to be cancelled 48 hours in advanced to avoid cancellation fees
All appointments canceled within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged 100%
All appointments that are being canceled within 48 hours have to be canceled through me, so if you go to cancel and get a message saying to contact me, please send an email/text or DM for cancellation confirmation.

My late grace period varies on the length of your appointment but is anywhere from 5-15 minutes. Please reach out to see what your grace period is for the services you have booked.
